Customer Care
Shipping & Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and usually arrive within 2-5 business days.

  • All shipped orders carry a minimum of $100 insurance.

  • Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has shipped.

Customs & Import Taxes

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for non-custom items.

  • Items must be in unused and original condition to qualify for a return.

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if the item isn’t returned in its original condition.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellations

  • Customers may cancel orders within 2 days of purchase.

  • Buyers are responsible for making cancellation requests within this timeframe.

Custom & Personalized Orders

  • Custom orders (including personalized engravings or 3D prints) are non-refundable.

  • If there’s an issue with a custom order, reach out, and we’ll do our best to make it right!
